Here are the September Semifinalists!

Baby Semifinalists:

Bobby-8 months

Here is what Bobby's mom says about him and the family:

"Bobby Jr. is a happy, energetic child that loves cars, golf carts, and anything that makes a "broom, broom" noise!

We recycle plastic cans and paper and try to recycle handed down clothes as well as furniture for others who are

not able to afford them . We car pool to work and save on gas from polluting the air."

Sydney-17 months

Here is what Sydney's mom says about her and the family:

"Sydney is an out going little girl and is learning sign language.

We conserve water and energy by keeping our lights off or low and combinine laundry."

Toddler Semifinalists:

Preston-22 months

Here is what Preston's mom and dad say about him and the family:

"He is full of energy, always making us laugh. He has a very cute personality and beautiful full lips and chubby cheeks."

We try to conserve water when doing the dishes, laundry, and watering the lawn. We use child safety locks on all

drawers and cabinets to keep our child safe from poionous chemicals. We pick up garbage left by others when

left lying on the ground. and we recycle toner and ink cartridges."

Mauree-22 months

Here is what Mauree's mom says about her and the family:

"Mauree is our little lady bug. She loves to dance, play, talk, and have her picture made.

She also loves to "go" and rushes off to find her shoes the minute she thinks

anyone could be going. Mauree would rather be outside than anywhere else.

She seems to be drawn to animals no matter what they are.

She wants to pet and kiss them all even if they aren't very receptive to her affection!"

Our family has always enjoyed nature and have done our best to care for the

creatures around us, from feeding the birds to taking in abandoned dogs & cats."

The costume was hand made by Mauree's aunt!
